HIV/AIDS in Nigeria

HIV/AIDS is now the biggest pandemic that humans have witnessed for 600 years. It is creating havoc in the world, but particularly Sub-Saharan Africa, as millions of Africans are infected in HIV every year. Nigeria, which has the third highest rate of people living with HIV in the world, now has 4 million people infected with HIV and 1 million orphans as a result of AIDS. Sadly, the problem is not getting better, but worse.

It is therefore, everyone’s responsibility to educate others on HIV/AIDS prevention.
